Shipping and Return Policy
Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all ready to assemble kitchen cabinet and bathroom vanity orders over $1700. Smaller orders will be shipped at competitive shipping rate. You will have exact shipping quote at checkout page before you place an order. Free shipping offer applies to nearest freight terminal pickup, you can order curbside residential delivery for $75.


Types of shipping

We offer freight terminal pickup and curbside residential delivery for full kitchen orders through common carrier. After you place an order we will choose the most efficient freight carrier for your destination and send you email with the tracking number, terminal address and phone number. Single cabinet and kitchen sink orders are generally shipped through UPS Ground. If the nearest freight terminal is located more than 20 miles away from shipping address we will ship the order through residential curbside delivery at no extra cost.


Processing and delivery times

Order processing takes only 1-3 days and many orders are shipped next day. Delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. Generally we ship within 48 states in the continental USA. Please contact us about shipping to other areas before you place the order.


Return policy

You can return any product within 30 days from date of order under the following terms:

All returns must have prior authorization. Email us at info@craftsmennetwork.com to get an authorization.
The item(s) must be in sellable condition and in original packaging.
All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Restocking fee does not apply to sample cabinet door orders.


Damaged/missing items

Count all items and make sure actual quantities match quantities on delivery receipt. Inspect all boxes for an obvious damage while driver is present. If you see any damage to the carton make sure you note it on delivery receipt. If items inside boxes arrive damaged (very unlikely) you have to contact us within 72 hours after delivery in order to get replacement parts. Be prepared to submit a copy of delivery receipt and photos of damage.
