If the flowering pots are placed in all the window sills of the first floor, they will add beauty to the property. However, these pots have to be watered regularly. Take care to ensure that the water does not leak from the pots negatively impacting the structure of the house. If at all you find that water is leaking from the pot, provide proper drainage facility.
