Major appliances such the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove; greatly affects traffic patterns as well as space.  This makes it important for you and your contractor to consider them in the design for more productivity.  How huge or small the appliances you will buy depend on how often the family cooks and how much food is regularly stored.  Other than these primary set of appliances, you have to carefully think through other additional items you want to integrate into your kitchen remodeling.  Only buy appliances that will be used often.

Flooring
